One of the first signs of spring is the annual Elmira Maple Syrup Festival on the first Saturday of April. Welcoming tens of thousands of tourists to town every year, serving up thousands of pancakes and supporting local charities and non-profits are what we are known for. In addition to those, the Taffy Demonstration has been a central attraction on the mall since the second year of the festival, 60 years ago. This year you can have an early taste of Maple at the Spring Market as we will have our new modern Taffy Stand set up serving up some sticky goodness.
